30William is the fourth prince of Midasia and the son of the third princess of the Hive. He currently serves as the unofficial finance minister of Midasia and her remaining colonies - though he resents how much his family dumps upon his shoulders.He is a gifted diplomat and a natural problem solver but he is also cold, calculating and often times prone to fits of irritation. He can be very stubborn and dogmatic in his goals and when push comes to shove he will chose his own (chosen) familys interest over the good of the rest of the world.

Her birth was foretold as a matter of great importance ten thousand years ago - sadly, however, no one can really remember what it is that is she is supposed to do. Most people believe that she is either going to save the world - or end it - unfortunately, Calliope lacks the temperament to do either with any sense of hurry.She is quick witted, selfish and often times prone to fits of irrationality. She loves the attention her body brings her but loathes the idea of anyone knowing anything about her as the Dragon Maiden.Sadly, for everyone, she appears to be destined to change the world.

There, missing the fame and fortune he had in Mesa, Andres joined the Kings Knights, rapidly earning the romantic favour of William with his displays of skill and arrogance.He is stoic, self assured and greedy, though he also has a strong sense of duty to his commander - William - and a deep sense of moral responsibility - though he often ignores it for his own gain.

27Syrina serves as the Midasian palaces official church speaker, officiating all Church business and working directly with the King in all spiritual matters.Trained from childhood in one of the most sacred monasteries from the tender age of seven, Syrina was mere years away from potentially becoming the next Prophet - until the matter of her actually being a woman knocked her down to a normal old Speaker.She is a devout follower of the Dechian teachings - however she has been deeply put off from the Dechian church on account of it failing to live up to her moral standards. She is mean, snappy and often times standoffish but she has a good heart and strives to do what is best for the world - even if it is mostly out of a dogmatic belief in the Saviour.

She helped Williams mother deliver him - and was the first to realize that William took after his changeling side with his shapechanging abilities.She is a spitfire with a short temper and quick tongue as well as a compassionate tutor.

After being assualted by the King and falling pregnant she manoeuvred her way into a hasty peace agreement between Midasia and the Hive as a way to prevent bloodshed. She ultimately chose to raise William away from the hive while keeping him aware of his responsibility to the human population of the world.She was a strict disciplinarian and quick tempered woman, though she was also capable of great kindness. She wanted what was best for her son - and the people she felt she had a duty towards - even at the expense of herself.

Rama saw his drunken moping as pathetic and unbecoming of any man and berated him for feeling sorry for himself.Instantly smitten with her, Amrit - her future husband - then ordered to have his men show up to her house and inform her of his intention to make her his Sultan queen.Rama thought the idea was ridiculous and laughed in their faces - continuing to do so all the way to the castle.She is suave and charming with a very confident aura to her. She is a natural diplomat and a helluva conversationalist.
